To see you up there today , father (baba)

It would have been nice

To see you pledge your loyalty to take this country further.

It would have been nice

To walk this streets, knowing we attained victory,

It would have been nice

To see the first female vice president in the kenyan history.

It would have been nice

To see our dream to canaan come true

It would have been nice

to see you take us home after all we have been through..

It would have been nice

To see you serve this nation with serenity

It would have been wise

For majority to see your virtue of integrity

Baba, it would have been nice

To experience your authority across this kingdom

It would have been nice

To dance to the sound of freedom

Baba, it would have been nice

To see your face with a smile

It would have been nice

To witness you complete a mission you have been on for a while.

It would have been nice

But they wont understand the pain i have within

And just to summarise

We have lost the best president who could have ever been.
